Most people carry more in their bodies than they realise. Tension, habits, reactions and old patterns can stay with us long after an experience has passed. My work is to help you understand these responses with care and curiosity, so you can move through life with more steadiness and less strain.
I came to this work out of a long held interest in how people become who they are. Early in my training I studied holistic psychotherapy, which opened my eyes to the ways childhood experiences can echo through adult life. To gain practical experience, I spent time working at Lifeline, supporting people in acute distress. It taught me the value of calm presence in moments when everything feels too much.

My approach is gentle and steady. We pay attention to what is happening in your body and your emotions in the present moment. There is no rush. Your system sets the pace. Some sessions may feel reflective, others may involve noticing sensations or working with creative materials. All of it is guided by what feels safe for you.
I work with adults who feel overwhelmed, unsettled or stuck in patterns that do not make sense yet. Many are carrying developmental trauma, old relational wounds or long term stress. Others come because they feel disconnected from themselves, or because talk therapy has helped them understand things but not always feel different.
You do not need to arrive with everything figured out. You do not need the right words. You are welcome as you are.
