If you have been feeling overwhelmed, tense, or unsure why old patterns keep returning, you are not alone. Many people reach a point where they want a gentler way to understand what is going on inside them.
I offer a quiet space where you can slow down, notice what is happening in your body, and explore your emotional world at a pace that feels safe. My work is grounded in presence and steady support, rather than quick fixes or pressure to move faster than you are ready for.
"Tracey has been assisting me with a trauma history and how to manage regulation of my emotions through somatic experiences. She is very knowledgeable and has always been kind, respectful and responsive and is an incredible facilitator. She never puts pressure on me and instead works with me at a pace that I can manage without feeling further traumatised. This has been different from anything I have ever done and for me personally, much more effective than talking therapies because I have been able to apply new strategies in my day to day life. I am feeling completely different and managing my life much more positively."
Tracey offers support with Body-Oriented Therapy, Somatic Experiencing® (SEP), Psychotherapy, Holistic Counselling and Art Therapy, for all kinds of stress and trauma. This includes anxiety, depression, post traumatic stress, relationship issues, body symptoms, confidence building, life direction and more. She uses person centred, integrative approaches that gently release stress and trauma from the body restoring a sense of balance, resilience and wholeness.
The kind of therapy I offer looks beyond thoughts alone. It includes how you feel in your body, how you respond to stress, and how your history may still be shaping your everyday life. This approach can help if talking has helped you understand things in your mind, but has not changed how you feel.
People come with many different experiences, but most share a desire to feel more settled and more themselves. You might be navigating old trauma, feeling caught in emotional cycles, or struggling to stay steady in daily life. You may not have the words for it yet, and that is fine. We begin wherever you are.
Therapy with me is gentle and unhurried. We follow what is happening now, in your body and in your emotions. Over time you may notice you can settle more easily, respond with more clarity, and feel more at home in yourself.
I see clients in Ourimbah on the Central Coast, and I also work online with people who prefer to meet from home. Both are welcome options.
I offer a short introductory call so you can ask questions and get a sense of how I work. There is no obligation to continue. It is simply a first step, taken together.
